Five Directions is a community organization that is open to any and all members of the community.
Nobody will ever be turned away for financial reasons.
All are welcome.

Our Services
Below is a list of services we offer our members.

Ages 13 & under M-F 5:15-6:45pm No charge Pad work, bag work, strength and conditioning, sparring
Ages 14-18 M-F 7:30-9:30pm No charge Pad work, bag work, strength and conditioning, sparring, entry into competitions
M-F 7-9:30pm Individual instruction, bag work, pad work, strength and conditioning, sparring, entry into competitions
24/7 Heavy bags, stand up bags, weights, stationary bike, jump ropes, medicine balls, double end bags, speed bags, and treadmill.
Both youth and adults can elect to be matched with a partner to spar at our ring. Instructors will work to pair participants of appropriate age, size, and ability level.
Five Directions works with a number of boxing clubs in California and Mexico and regularly enters members to fight in competitions both domestically and internationally.
The talking circle is a native tradition of teaching, listening, learning, and sharing. Five Directions partners with Generation Red Road to provide this service to members. This service is free for all. For more information, visit the Generation Red Road website.
As a community organization, Five Directions relies heavily on the support of our members to keep our doors open. We do everything we can to make programming accessible to the entire community by offering monthly memberships as well as a drop-in rates. All payments must be made online.
